Fill a large pot with water and a dash of salt, boil. Thinly slice the hot dogs. Add hot dogs and chili to another large pot, simmer. Add butter, milk, and cheese packets from the macaroni and cheese. Stir well. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is done. Add macaroni to rapidly-boiling water, cook per directions on the box (8-12 minutes, until pasta is done). Drain, using a colander (easier to use) or the lid to the pot (easier to clean). Add macaroni to the other pot. Optionally, top with grated mild cheddar cheese. Stir well, serve. |

“If you want to make a system that doesn't care about compatibility, you
may have more freedom. Of course, with that freedom comes the fact that
nobody actually wants to use your system, which gives you even _more_
freedom, since then you don't have to worry about those pesky users and
their real-life problems.”
